Making the customer satisfied is the primary concern of Viking Bags. To insure this we have made a very flexible return policy.

We strongly suggest that you take good care of your motorcycle saddlebags. You should clean your motorcycle saddlebags with conditioner as you would any other leather product. Mink oil is used by many who claim to have seen great results. Presently we do not repair any motorcycle saddlebags or other leather products in our shop.  Any motorcycle saddlebags or other products with problems not related to the craftsmanship should be taken to the local leather repair shop.

In case there is a fitments problem we would return the product only if it is unused and you return the product within 30 days.

Viking saddlebag company does not take any responsibility or claims caused due to theft, accidents (or attempted theft / criminal mischief), in ability of the user to install the motorcycle saddlebags properly i.e usually caused by not using proper installation hardware.

Our motorcycle saddlebags come with an easy 30 day 100% money back guarantee. However we will deduct the shipping charges from your refund. If there is a special situation such as a mistake by our staff please notify us. We will return the customers money this can also include the shipping charges. We would never let you down by making you suffer for our mistakes.

Please email us in advance for return authorization number and let us know that you plan to return your motorcycle saddlebags or other products. We will give you the further instructions on how to solve the problem with the least amount of effort. This does not mean we would refuse a return. This is purely for the customers benefit. If the damage occurs while the product is being shipped please notify us as soon as possible. In situations like these we usually file an insurance claim.
