Patriot Bags Hard Mount Kit, Hardware issue

The actual mounts are solid and easy to install, Good quality EXCEPT the hardware for the cross bar that “locks” the throw over strap to the mount. It comes with 4 bolts with lock nuts but the hardware for this part of the mount is garbage and the nit doesn’t thread correctly onto the bolt. Went and bought my own hardware for this part. Viking please include better hardware and these would be 5 stars.
